This cake was for Lourdes, my mother-in-law, or as I refer to her as 'mom' ...as does my daughter (but that's a whole new post). She's a big fan of Tweety and loves Sanibel (she's been vacationing there yearly for over 26 years now) so what better way is there than to make a beach themed birthday cake with Tweety as the topper.
Top and bottom layers: White Russian cake with Kahlua buttercream
Middle layer: Vanilla Champagne cake with raspberry buttercream
Chocolate seashells, starfish, sand dollars
100% edible including Tweety
